ok... that's Rena... In the show, Blackrose and Kite are Baned do to the Twilight incedent. 4 yrs later, a contest is held for 2 special character costumes, the winners are 2 simblings being of brother and sister, and the characters they won look exactly like Kite and Blackrose, except more childish, hope that explained a bit.
I can't stand Tsukasa, he's always depressed and everything, talk about rudemuch. He always abandons everyone.
