I find in many anime's, since ALL japanese have black hair, brown eyes, they like to give characters vibrant eye/hair colours like blue and green and whatnot, just to be cool. Also, Asian women in general aren't very well stacked, so in animes', they like to give them big boobs, like Rei, who has some huge knockers for a 14 year old

Only choice is to stretch it or center it.
